Free-Spirit Sips You should be Serving at your Summer Soiree
If you’re hosting a summer party this season, you’ve got to consider what your guests will be sipping. Maybe you’re aware, or maybe you aren’t, but some of your guests might not want to get smashed. These simple, clean and classic sips are a must-have for your next summer party! Drink options really shouldn’t be limited to soda or plain-’ol water for those who choose not to drink alcohol. Offering a - what we like to call - “free-spirit sip” is what thoughtful party-hosts provide. Your guests shouldn’t have to ask for a free-spirit drink; it should be just as readily available as the buzz-worthy drinks! It can actually be fun to make and equal parts fun to sips throughout the party! Your guests will love how you thought of them in making a batch of or single serve these classic drinks for everyone!

5-Ingredient Margarita - Lime juice, lemon juice, pickle juice, maple/simple syrup, tonic/soda water
For a Single Serving- Shake together and pour over ice, top with tonic + stir
- 2 Tablespoons of Lime Juice
- 1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
- ¼ Teaspoon of Maple/Simple Syrup
- ⅛ Teaspoon of Pickle Juice (or Olive Juice)
- 6 Tablespoons of Tonic/Soda Water
4-Ingredient Mojito - Lime juice, fresh mint, soda water, maple/simple syrup
For a Single Serving - muddle, shake, pour! (add strawberries for twist/color)
- 6 Mint Leaves (gently muddle in a shaker, then add next 2 ingredients)
- 2 Tablespoons of Lime Juice
- ½ Tablespoon of Simple Syrup -or- 1 Tablespoon of Orgeat Syrup
- Fill shaker with ice and shake just until cold
- Fill glass with ice and strain shaker over ice
- ½ Cup of Tonic Water (or Soda Water) until glass is full
- Give it a stir
- Garnish with mint and add a straw
3-Ingredient Pina Colada - Pineapple, coconut milk, lime juice maple/simple syrup
For a Single Serving - Blend together until smooth!
- 3 Cups of Frozen Pineapple Chunks
- 1 Cup of Full Fat Coconut Milk
- 2 Tablespoons of Lime Juice
