Shipping

• Orders are fulfilled in 1-3 business days.
• We offer free standard shipping via UPS Ground (3-6 business days) for all orders $179+ delivered in the USA. (Puerto Rico delivery may have a shipping fee)
• Order totals below $179 have a flat shipping fee of $7.00 USD.
• Orders are shipped from our HQ in Jacksonville, Florida.
• See below map for transit time in the U.S. for UPS Ground.
• Rush shipping options for 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air may also be available, depending on location. Rush shipments received after 12:00pm EST will be fulfilled the next business day. 
• Please note, since we have not had success shipping directly to hospitals, we exclusively ship directly to moms' home address.

 

Returns

We created our company to help growing families and remove some stress, not add to it. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right. Your complete, un-used bag can be returned at any time for a full refund.

• We guarantee free returns on any order to simplify your life.
• Refunds are issued upon receipt of the return and confirmation of original condition.
• Returns must be un-used, un-washed and in original packaging for a full refund.
• We recommend keeping the original shipping box for birth bags/postpartum kits as our pre-paid return label will be processed only for that same package size. Smaller orders will include a return envelope for your convenience.
• Please note: shipping charges are refunded only if there is cause to submit a claim with the carrier, which is historically denied.
