Shipping + Returns


Shipping

  • Orders are fulfilled in 1-3 business days.
  • We offer free standard shipping via UPS Ground (3-6 business days) for all orders $149+ delivered in the USA. Puerto Rico delivery may have a shipping fee.
  • Order totals below $149 have a flat shipping fee of $5
  • Orders are shipped from our HQ in Jacksonville, Florida.
  • See below map for transit time in the U.S. for UPS Ground.
  • Rush shipping options for 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air may also be available, depending on location. Rush shipments received after 12:00pm EST will be fulfilled the next business day.  
  • We have not had success shipping directly to hospitals, therefore we ship directly to moms home address.

Returns

We created our company to help growing families and remove stress, not add to it. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right. Your complete, unused bag can be returned at any time for a full refund. 

  • Free returns on all orders (please see shipping guidelines above).
  • All items must be unused/unwashed/in original packaging.
  • Please keep your original shipping box for all birth bags as the return will be processed for that same package size. Small orders will include a return envelope for your convenience.
  • Please note: shipping charges are only refunded if there is cause to submit a claim with the carrier.
  • Email us at hello@babyboldly.com to initiate your return and refund.
