These outcomes contribute to a healthier, more resilient community overall.

š Provide resources: Offer access to or share information about resources that specifically address the needs of Black moms, such as culturally competent lactation support, community groupsĀ and educational materials/networks.
š„ Challenge biases: Actively confrontĀ and address racial biases in healthcare settings, workplacesĀ and social circles, advocating for equitable treatmentĀ and support for Black breastfeeding moms.
āļø Support policies: Advocate for policies that support breastfeedingĀ and maternal health for Black women, such as paid parental leave, breastfeeding-friendly workplaces and access to quality healthcare.

Ā Engage in Dialogue: Encourage open conversations about the importance of breastfeedingĀ and the specific challenges Black moms face, helping to build understandingĀ and solidarity.
Together we can contribute in meaningful waysĀ for the promotion of breastfeeding and the well-being of Black mothers and their families. It is necessary for all of us to live up to the ideals of freedom and the pursuit of happiness in ourĀ communities.
