About Baby Boldly
Born in 2018 from two moms,
Megan + Natalie were unamused by their introduction to motherhood.
Struggling with common problems, we sought to bridge the (now, obvious) chasms of care in maternal health. It became clear, in our disillusioned eyes, that new moms had been reduced down to a market segment - prime for confusion-led sales.
Nothing was honoring the transformative experience of motherhood.
(Almost) everyone was adding to her chaos.
There was a major void of solutions tailored for moms.
So instead of adding to the noise, we cut through it with savvy, innovative solutions to moms biggest problems - time + money + wellness.
We introduced America's first non-toxic, pre-packed hospital birth bag.
It was game-changer for expecting moms because it alleviated her from the typical hours it takes to build a birth bag. We know her time is better spent.
Subsequent solutions include the complete postpartum kit and postpartum leak-proof underwear.
Now, we're delivering in proud partnernship with select maternal health experts to provide curated prep for early parenthood through insightful online courses.

Barbara Nelson, MA, CCC-SLP, CLC

Barbara is a gifted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC). Her expertise is in pediatric hospital-based evaluation and treatment of infants and children with feeding disorders. For Barbara, food is a simple pleasure, medicine, and promoter of social connectivity. She believes that feeding a child is more than just calories and that those connected moments stay with us forever. She provides up-to-date research and evidence-based facts regarding the (liquid) gold standard, and yet she believes the parents should choose what is ideal (not her), because parents always know their child best - even from day one. Barbara became a mom in 2022 with her husband and currently resides in beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida.
